Cancellation policy

Mission Crew monthly membership

Mission Crew costs $3.99 per month, plus applicable tax. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged at checkout and automatically each month until you cancel. Your subscription confirmation and customer account show your next scheduled billing date.

The membership includes a monthly sky/activity guide, workshop updates, product votes, and selected early-access releases when offered. Physical products and shipping are not included. Membership does not include sweepstakes entry or improve your odds.

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel future renewals before your next scheduled charge through your customer account using the subscription management page. There is no cancellation fee or minimum subscription term. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge.

If you cannot access your account or need help canceling, email hello@astrokidsclub.com. Include the email address used for your membership. Do not send payment card or bank details by email.

For an incorrect charge or undelivered content, contact us so we can resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
