Physical orders ship from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Available delivery destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier transit estimates are separate from our order processing time.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 days. If we need additional time for your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

For an address correction, delivery issue, or missing or damaged item, email hello@astrokidsclub.com with your order number. Please contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before shipment.

Digital membership

Mission Crew is delivered digitally and has no shipping charge. Your first guide is sent by email after payment. See the membership page for monthly delivery and renewal details.
